Klariti Eye Care hospital is the brain-child of Dr.N.Kasinathan whose pioneering spirit and visionary leadership has metamorphosed a once modest clinic (Retina and Vision care clinic, Ashok Nagar) into one of Chennai’s Super Specialty Eye Hospitals. The hospital is run by a team of doctors who were former consultants of Sankara Nethralaya, Chennai and Aravind Eye Hospital, Madurai.
The hospital was inaugurated on 24th Feb 2019 by eminent personalities in the Dept. of Justice and Health care industry. The Chief guests were Dr. Justice A R Lakshmanan, Dr S C Hugar, Dr. P. Namperumalsamy ( ChaIrman Emeritus, Aravind EyeHospital, Madurai), Dr. T S. Surendran (Vice Chairman, Sankara Nethralaya), Dr Lingam Gopal – world renowned Vitreretinal surgeon, Dr Pramod S Bhende (Director VR Department, Sankara Nethralaya), Dr C T Alagappan (Senior Orthopedician), Dr. N.Sivakadaksham (Eminent Cardiologist).
The facilities available in the hospital are A to Z of eye care, along with top class machines for Investigations and Diagnosis. Apart from this the hospital also has State of the Art Operation Theatre equipped with latest world class machines to perform cataract,vitreoretinal surgeries, squint, glaucoma, corneal surgeries, corneal transplantations and oculplasty surgeries. Doctor patiently answered our quiries. Rare to see such doctors. Technicians and front office people were also very kind. Very nice approach, patiently explained problem.guided us very nicelly. My exprience he is a good eye doctor.
